Overview of Roles and Permissions

You can either use a pre-defined role for your application or create a new role and assign the required permissions to grant access to the application. Once the role is assigned, the application is available in the application list on the portal.

Role-based access Control gives you the flexibility to restrict access to the various module features based on the roles of individual users.

Each user is assigned a pre-defined user role which determines what actions the user can take.
