Yes you can take bulk actions on agents!

It's easy to take bulk actions on Cloud Agents in one go. Select the checkbox next to agents in your agents list, open the Actions menu and select the action you're interested in. Keep in mind you can search for Cloud Agents using the search box, select all agents matching your search (use the checkbox in the header row), then choose from the Actions menu. Following is the sample screenshot and shows modules to activate or deactivate as per your subscription.
