To use the Linux Cloud Agent for database authentication, ensure the following requirements are met:
1. Agent Version: Linux Cloud Agent version 6.3.0 or later must be installed.
2. Assessments: PC and MiddlewarePC assessments must be activated on CAUI.
3. Database: Oracle DB 12cR2 or 19c must be installed.
4. CyberArk:
CyberArk Credential Provider (CARKaim) must be installed on the Linux system.
CyberArk Vault must be up and running.
An application ID with the name QualysAgent must be created in the CyberArk Vault.
5. For agent hosts performing local database scans, ensure that CP service version 13.0.2 is running on the VM instance and that the PAM_SDK variable is set with the SDK location.
