Troubleshooting

We recommend inspecting the Cloud Agent log files located in the AWS Bottlerocket Container host to troubleshoot.

  • For the Admin container, Cloud Agent logs are available at:
    /.bottlerocket/rootfs/var/log/qualys
  • For the AWS Bottlerocket Container host, Cloud Agent logs are available at:
    /var/log/qualys
