Troubleshooting
We recommend you analyze the Qualys Cloud Agent log files for troubleshooting. Refer to the following steps to access the log files:
- Login to GCP Container Optimized OS using the
ppk
key. - Once logged in, check the docker status using the following command.
crictl ps
- The log files of the Qualys Cloud Agent for GCP Container Optimized OS are available at the following location.
crictl exec -it <CONTAINER-id>/bin/bash
