Troubleshooting

We recommend you analyze the Qualys Cloud Agent log files for troubleshooting. Refer to the following steps to access the log files:

  1. Login to GCP Container Optimized OS using the ppk key.
  2. Once logged in, check the docker status using the following command.
    crictl ps
  3. The log files of the Qualys Cloud Agent for GCP Container Optimized OS are available at the following location.
    crictl exec -it <CONTAINER-id>/bin/bash
