Known issues

Here are some known issues/limitations in the cloud agents.

Qualys Cloud Agent under MacOS Applications

MacOS 10.10.x may show the old Qualys logo for Qualys Cloud Agent under the MacOS Applications folder. Quick Look for Qualys Cloud Agent also displays the old Qualys logo.

 The Cloud Agent is designed to run in the background and requires no user interaction. We recommend you do not launch Cloud Agent from the Applications folder. It should already be running in the background.
