Troubleshooting

Cloud agents installed on Solaris 10 may throw SSL communication errors while trying to communicate with the Qualys Platform. This happens when the certificate files are not present on the host asset. Click here for a solution to fix the issue.

We recommend you inspect the Cloud Agent log files located at:
/var/opt/qualys/qualys-cloud-agent.log
