Retrieve Qualys Customer ID and Activation ID

The Qualys Customer ID, Activation ID, and Platform details are mandatory fields for configuring Cloud Agent on Google Cloud Console.

Perform the following steps to get the required Qualys information.

1. Log in to your Qualys subscription.
2. From the module picker, open the Cloud Agent application.
   
   
3. In the Cloud Agent user interface, navigate to Agent Management > Activation Keys and click New Key.
4. Enter the unique name for your activation key and select the applications that you want to enable.
   
   

   As a recommended practice, we suggest you create a tag and add it to the assets associated with the activation key used for GCP Marketplace deployment.

5. Click Generate to see the Activation Key and Cloud Agent packages for various platforms.
6. In the New Activation Key window, click Install Instructions. A window displaying the Activation ID and Customer ID is displayed.
   
   

   The Qualys Cloud Agent — GCP Marketplace integration is currently supported only for the Linux and Windows agents.
