Manage Tags

By default, all agents are assigned the Cloud Agent tag. You can add more tags to your Cloud Agents if required. Changes you make to the tags here are automatically synced with the Global AssetView application.

Manage Tags for Single Cloud Agent

How to Add Tags for Single Asset

The following are the steps to add or remove tabs for Cloud Agent.

1. In the Cloud Agent UI, navigate to Agent Management > Agents tab.
2. Locate an asset for which you want to add tags.
3. In the Quick Actions menu, click the Agent Operations > Add Tags option. The Select Tags window opens. From the Select Tags window, you can also create tags by clicking the Create New Tag option.
4. Select the required tags to add for your Cloud Agent.
5. Click Add Tags to apply the changes.

How to Remove Tags for Single Asset

The following are the steps to add or remove tabs for Cloud Agent.

1. In the Cloud Agent UI, navigate to Agent Management > Agents tab.
2. Locate an asset for which you want to add tags.
3. In the Quick Actions menu, click the Agent Operations > Remove Tags option. The Select Tags window opens.
4. Select the required tags you want to remove from your Cloud Agent.
5. Click Add Tags to apply the changes.

Manage Tags for Multiple Assets

Following are the steps to manage tags for multiple assets.

1. In the Cloud Agent UI, navigate to Agent Management > Agents tab.
2. Select required assets for which you want to manage tags.
3. In the Actions menu, click the Agent Operations > Add Tags or Remove Tags option.
4. As mentioned in the above section follow the UI steps to complete the action.
