Updated Base Image for Compliance

With this release, we have updated the base image used for the AWS Bottlerocket ARM Cloud Agent to fix the vulnerabilities.

Behavior Changes

We have updated the AWS Bottlerocket ARM image path to qualys/lxagent_awsbr_arm.
