Release 3.4

March 04, 2024

What's New?

Added Support for Certificates Obtained from External Attack Surface Management

With this release, we have extended our support to display certificates obtained from External Attack Surface Management (EASM). Earlier, certificates obtained from VM, Certificate View, and Qualys Cloud Agent were displayed in the Certificate View.

The certificates obtained from EASM are visible to the accounts with the Qualys Cyber Security Asset Management (CSAM) subscription.

Certificate Sources Column Added in Monitored Tab

We have added the Sources column in the Monitored tab to help you quickly identify the source of a certificate. The Sources column displays icons of the certificates' sources. You can view icons for VM or Certificate View (), Qualys Cloud Agent (), and EASM ().

To view the source details, navigate to the Certificate tab > MonitoredSources column.

Issue Addressed

There was a discrepancy in certificate grade when scanning certificates was performed from both UDP and TCP protocols on the same server port while viewing certificate details. We fixed this issue by improving the scanning logic. Now, the scanning logic considers only the TCP protocol.
