How do I run my On-Screen report?

Just go to Reports > On-Screen Reports and select the report for which you want to run the report and then select Run Report from the quick actions menu.

How do I know when the On-Screen report is finished?

When you select Run Report from the quick actions menu, the report compilation will start. As soon as the report is generated, the report is displayed on the screen.

How do I view my On-Screen report?

Go to Reports > On-Screen Reports, select the report template, and then select Run Report from the quick actions menu. The On-Screen Report is ready for viewing purpose.

How do I download an On-Screen report to my system?

The On-Screen Report displays the latest data and is available only for viewing. The On-Screen Report cannot be saved or downloaded to your system.

Can I view reports created by other users?

This depends on your user role. Reports are available to users in this way:

- Managers and users with all permissions have access to all reports.

- A Reader user cannot create or edit report templates but can only view reports.
