Custom Tags for Org Connectors

Organization Connectors let you manage tags across multiple cloud accounts in your organization. The connectors app allows adding custom account-level tags while maintaining your organization-level tag inheritance.

Why Create Custom Account-level Tags?

Custom account-level tags give you granular control over your cloud resources. You can maintain consistent organization-wide tagging while adding specific tags for individual accounts. 

Add Custom Tags to an Organization Connector

Let's get started with adding a custom tag to your Organization connector.

1. Navigate to the Connectorsapp.
2. Select Amazon Web Services (AWS).
3. Navigate to the Account connectors section.
4. Find and select the connector you want to customize.
5. Open the Quick Actions menu and select Add Tags.
6. Enter your custom tags, then select Save to apply them.

View Custom Tags

To see your custom tags, go to the Quick Actions menu and select View Details. Your custom tags appear in the Connector Details section as "Connector Tags" and in Tags and Activation section as "Asset Tags".
