Visibility into Business Applications and Associated Asset Details

The Business Apps tab includes details, such as the business app name, owned by, supported by, and the number of assets associated with the respective business app. These details are extracted using the APIs. The API or CMDB API sources that extracted the business app details are shown under the Source column.

You can view the details of the business app by clicking on the entity name.

To explore more about the assets associated with this business entity, click on the number displayed in the Asset column. This provides you with a list of the specific assets tied to the entity.

Super Administrators can view the business apps information. However, sub-users can also view this information if the View Business Entities permission is granted to them. Note that roles and permissions can be granted from the Administration utility.
