Downloading Asset Details Information

You can get the asset details insights by downloading the report.

1.  Navigate to the Inventory > Assets tab and click the Download icon.

2.  Select the following details from the "Download formats" window and click Download.

i. Select the required report format. The available formats are Comma-Separated Value (CSV), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and Portable Document Format (PDF).

Note: For Comma-Separated Value (CSV), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and Extensible Markup Language (XML) report formats, if you select the Tags column, the report can include details of a maximum of 5000 assets. Also, for Portable Document Format (PDF), you can select up to 5 columns to include in the report.

ii. Select the required columns you want to include in the report. 

iii. Select the time zone.
