Limitations

The following are the limitations of Microsoft Teams:

• When the team workflow is disrupted, any team-related actions cannot be created or updated, but we can delete them.
• Messages will not be delivered in Teams if double quotes are used for field values in QQL. See Troubleshooting. 
• The workflow can process up to 10,000 requests within 24 hours. If usage exceeds this limit, subsequent actions may be throttled or slowed down.
