Download Reports

Once a report is generated, you can download and view it from the Reports tab. If you have configured notifications for recipients, they can download the report directly from the email notification. To summarize, reports can be downloaded in the following ways:

• Download Reports from the Reports Tab
• Download Reports from Email
• Download Reports from Email using a One-time Password (OTP)

Download Reports from the Reports Tab

To download the report from the Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Reports tab.
2. Select a report you want to download.
3. From the Quick Actions menu, click Download.

   

   The report is downloaded.

Download Reports from Email

Once the report is generated, it is shared through email notification to the report creator and all specified recipients (regardless of having access to the Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform or not). Depending upon the report size, the report is shared in the following ways:

• If the report size is ≤ 5 MB, it is attached directly to the email.
• If the report size is > 5 MB, the email contains a download link. Click the link to download the report using One-time Password (OTP).

Download Reports from the Email using One-time Password (OTP)

After generating the report, Qualys sends an email notification containing a download link. Both the report creator and all recipients can use this link to download reports that are larger than 5 MB.

To download the report, follow these steps:

1. Open the notification email and click Download Report.

   You are redirected to the Access Your Report page.

2. Enter your email address and complete the CAPTCHA for verification.

   CAPTCHA is case sensitive.

   

3. Click Recieve OTP.

   An OTP will be sent to your provided email address.

4. Enter the OTP and click Verify and Download.

   If the OTP is valid, the report download starts automatically. If necessary, click Resend OTP to generate a new OTP.

   The OTP remains valid for five minutes only.

   

Once OTP verification is successful, the report will be downloaded.
