Download Execution Report

You can download the execution report for the purge rule you created from Global AssetView (GAV). From this report, you get details about your purged assets.

The reports for only the latest ten executions are shown. The report is generated only when the rule status is "Successful". You can download the report then.

Complete the following steps to download the execution report:

1. Go to Rules > Asset Purge Rules, and from the Quick Actions menu of a rule, click Execution Report.

2. Click Download from the Download Report column. The report is downloaded in CSV format.

The report includes the details, such as asset name and ID, operating system, tracking method, etc.
