Install the App

Install the app using the following steps:

1. Visit the ServiceNow Online Store.
2. Search for Qualys CMDB Sync App.
3. Click Contact Seller.
4. Your Technical Account Manager (TAM) contacts you, and then ServiceNow provides the app for an instance of your choice. The app then appears in your instance's Downloads list.
5. Click Install to start using the app.
6. In the Search field, type Qualys CMDB Sync and select Qualys CMDB Sync App from the left pane.

After you are done, a new module appears in your ServiceNow instance as shown in the following image:
