Sync Queue

The Sync Queue lists jobs of two types: Upload and Download. The Type column indicates the direction of the flow of assets.

Download Asset: Qualys to ServiceNow

This shows the list of jobs run from Qualys to ServiceNow assets. The status indicates whether the application successfully parsed the XML response. The XML that was transferred is also available here (usually attached as response.xml).

Download Certificate

The sync queue contains certificates that are synced from Qualys to ServiceNow.

Upload IP to Group: ServiceNow to Qualys

This is the list of assets to be synced from ServiceNow to Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform. Defining IP along with Asset Tag or Asset Group in Schedules add two entries for an asset during upload: one for IP address and one for Asset Tag or Asset Group.

Upload IP: ServiceNow to Qualys

This is the list of assets to be synced from ServiceNow to Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform. This sync queue is for uploading new IP in Qualys.

Upload IP to Tag

This is the list of assets to be synced from ServiceNow to Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform. Define IP along with Asset Tag in Schedules, and add two entries for an asset during upload: one for IP address and one for Asset Tag.

Upload Metadata

This is the list of assets to be synced from ServiceNow to Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform. Using this sync queue type, asset metadata is synced to Qualys.

Upload Custom Attributes

This is the list of assets to be synced from ServiceNow to Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform. The asset metadata custom attribute is synced to Qualys using this sync queue type.
