Detection Event Rules

You can define rules for creating tickets based on the type and severity of ETM findings, Type, Change Type, Approval Type, and Correlation Time. You can also create detection event rules to trigger change requests in ServiceNow Change Request.

 This section only applies if you want to work with the Qualys ETM application. 

You can create One-to-One Rules for ETM findings. The one-to-one Rules create a separate incident for each ETM finding.
