Qualys ETM VR Integration

You need to provide the correct credentials for using Qualys ETM VR Integration.

Provide Qualys Credentials 

Perform the following steps in the ServiceNow instance:

1. Go to All.
2. Search for Qualys ETM VR Integration.
3. Under the Configuration menu, click Credentials.
   
4. On the Qualys ETM Configuration page, provide the following details:

   Field	Description
   URL	Provide a name for the API source.
   Endpoint	Provide Qualys Platform URL To identify the platform, refer to https://www.qualys.com/platform-identification/.
   Username	Provide Qualys Username.
   Password	Provide Qualys Password.
   Client Id	Provide Client ID for OIDC authentication.
   Client Secret	Provide Client Secret for the entered Client ID.
   MID Server	(Optional) The MID server can work as a proxy server or middleman between ServiceNow and the Qualys server.

5. Once you have successfully added credentials, click Test Connection to check the connectivity and credential validation from the ServiceNow instance.

   The Qualys ETM API uses Basic authentication by default. To use OIDC authentication, provide only the Client ID and Client Secret. Ensure that the Username and Password fields are left blank.
