Install the App

Perform the following steps to install the app:

1. Visit the ServiceNow Online Store and search for Qualys apps.

   

2. Navigate to the Qualys Core app and click  Contact Seller.
   Your Technical Account Manager (TAM) contacts you, and then ServiceNow provides the app for an instance of your choice. The app then appears in your instance's Downloads list.

3. Click Install to start using the app.

4. Go to the Qualys FIM app and perform the exact steps you followed to install the Qualys Core application.

5. In the Search field, type Qualys, then select Qualys Core and Qualys FIM from the left pane.

   After you are done, the new modules appear in the ServiceNow instance.
