Detection Event Rules
You can define the rules for the detection of events for which the tickets get created based on the type and severity of FIM incidents, Type, Change Type, Approval Type, and Correlation Time. You can also create detection event rules for creating change requests in the ServiceNow Change Request.
This section only applies if you want to work with the Qualys FIM application.
You can create One-to-One Rules for FIM events. The one-to-one Rules create a separate incident for each FIM Incident.
