FIM  Incidents

You can view the incidents that are pulled by the FIM incident import schedule. 

To view the FIM incidents, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to All tab and search for Qualys FIM.
2. Under Qualys FIM, select FIM Incidents.

View FIM Incident Details

You can view a list of all the FIM incidents that are pulled into the application.

You can click a FIM  incident number to view details of the FIM incident. You can view basic information about a FIM incident, such as the incident number, Incident ID, Incident Name, Incident Type, Status, Approved Type, Approval Status, Change Type, and Incident Creation Date-Time.
