Qualys Core App - v3.1.0 | Qualys FIM App - v1.0.0

We are introducing the Qualys File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) Integration App for ServiceNow, which helps track FIM incidents more efficiently. It brings event and FIM incident details from Qualys FIM into ServiceNow and automatically creates tickets based on predefined rules. The app also provides real-time dashboards and highlights important events, enabling faster investigation and response.

The following are the highlights of this release:

• Seamless Integration for File Integrity Monitoring  

  The new Qualys File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) Integration allows security and IT operations teams to detect and respond to file integrity events directly within ServiceNow. This integration streamlines incident investigation and improves operational visibility.

• One-Way Event Synchronization from Qualys to ServiceNow  

  The application supports one-way synchronization of FIM events and incidents from Qualys to ServiceNow. It automatically prioritizes high-risk activities - such as suspicious file drops, unauthorized deletions, and privilege violations - enabling teams to focus on what is most important.

• Real-Time Dashboards for Actionable Insights  

  Gain immediate visibility into file integrity activities with detailed dashboards that provide real-time insights. These insights support faster decision-making and incident response.
