Associate the custom field to the screen

1. Open your Jira Instance in the browser.
2. Navigate to Space Settings > Workitems > Screens > Actions > Edit screen.
3. Click Screen Scheme in the left sidebar.
4. Select the screen scheme where you want to create tickets, then click Screen.
   
5. Select a custom field to add it to the screen as per your ticketing scheme.
