Select Default Screen Scheme

Before configuring your custom issue types, ensure to select the default screen scheme.

Select Default Screen Scheme

  1. Open your Jira Instance in the browser.
  2. Select the project where Tickets are to be created.
  3. Navigate to Project Settings > Issues Screens 
  4. Click Actions Edit Screens > Select Default Screen Scheme for Default Issue Type > Update.

With this, the tickets are created in the Default Screen Scheme. Now, let's proceed with creating the custom issue type.
