Select Default Screen Scheme for Work Items

Before configuring your custom issue types, ensure you select the default screen scheme.

Select Default Screen Scheme

1. Open your Jira Instance in the browser.
2. Navigate to Space Settings > Workitems > Screens > Actions > Edit Screen (work type screen scheme).
3. Click Associate a work type with a Screen Scheme > select the issue type and screen scheme according to your ticketing scheme.
   
   

This creates the tickets in the Default Screen Scheme.
