Select Default Screen Scheme
Before configuring your custom issue types, ensure to select the default screen scheme.
Select Default Screen Scheme
- Open your Jira Instance in the browser.
- Select the project where Tickets are to be created.
- Navigate to Project Settings > Issues > Screens
- Click Actions > Edit Screens > Select Default Screen Scheme for Default Issue Type > Update.
With this, the tickets are created in the Default Screen Scheme. Now, let's proceed with creating the custom issue type.
