Known Issues
- Uploading a config.json file requires you to set additional write permissions to the file. To set the permission on Linux distributions, run the command chmod 706 config.json.
- Due to limitation from the watcher service, the Jira Connector may not read config files updated through the Linux editor. We recommend using tools like Winscp to update the file. Otherwise, restart the Jira Connector Container after updating on your preferred editor.
- When upgrading Jira Connector to v1.1.0, if the ticketing templates are not updated as instructed in the FAQs, ticketing activity can face errors or duplication.
- In WAS ticketing schemes, Web Apps TruRisk score is not supported as of now as WAS API does not have TruRisk related information.
