Prerequisites
For Qualys CVR Integration, the following prerequisites must be met:
Prerequisites for Qualys Cloud Platform
Following are the prerequisites that must be met at Qualys:
- Must have a valid Qualys account subscription with an enabled Container Security (CS) application.
- Must have access to Container Security and Knowledgebase APIs for configuration in this integration. The recommended version is CS 1.34.0 and above.

Prerequisites for ServiceNow Platform
Following are the prerequisites that must be met at ServiceNow:
- Must have Vulnerability Response application.
- Must have a Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance for Containers application with recommended versions 2.6.9, 2.3.3, 2.5.3, 2.10.3.

Must have an Import JSON file size of at least 100 MB.
To set the max size to a higher value, go to the 'Import Export' page under 'System Properties' and adjust the 'Maximum file size for import (MB).'

The minimum roles required for a user are cvr.admin, sn_vul.vulnerability_admin, sn_vul_container.read_all, and import_admin.

Must have proper connectivity from the ServiceNow instance to the Qualys gateway API.
