Limitations and Known Issues

The following are the limitations of this release:

• Due to ServiceNow's limitation, when the integration encounters Error 429, the retry count is set to three. Error 429 implies an API rate limit.

• Due to ServiceNow's limitation, when integration comes across Error 409, the queued QIDs are fetched in the subsequent integration run.
  Error 409 implies an API rate limit error.

• Due to a Service Now limitation, duplicate entries with different risk ratings and risk score values are created in the TPE table for the same QID (the values for these columns are not populated from the KB API).

Known Issue

The Base Image field in the Container Vulnerable Item (sn_vul_container_image_vulnerable_item) table is mapped based on the Base layer field from the Container Image Layer (sn_vul_container_image_layer) table. Since the Base layer field in the Container Image Layer table is not currently mapped by ServiceNow, the base image field cannot be computed in the Container Vulnerable Item table.
