Query Azure Assets

Our advanced search capabilities help you to quickly find all about your assets in one place. Choose the AssetView app and go to the Assets tab. This is where you can see an inventory of all your scanned assets. Say you want to find all your Azure assets. Type provider and select Azure from the drop-down menu.

You can search many Azure asset properties. Start typing Azure, and you can see a list of Azure asset properties (tokens) you can use to search. Hover over the token name to see syntax help to the right.

View Asset Detail Anytime

The latest vulnerability and compliance data is always available in your assets inventory.

1. Select the asset name and choose.
2. View Asset Details from the quick actions menu.

Save Query

Save your searches for reuse and share them with other users.

Download and Export Results

It just takes a minute to export search results.

1. Select Download from the Tools menu.
2. Next, choose an export format.
3. Click Download - choose from multiple formats.

Create Widget

You can create a widget based on your query and add it to your dashboard.

For example,

1. Search for Azure assets that have not been scanned for vulnerabilities using Qualys VM for a month.

   Here is your query:

   provider: "Azure" AND NOT lastVmScanDate: [now-30d..now-1s]

2. Then, choose Create widget.

   

3. Add a title. You can see your query is populated for you.

4. Click Add to Dashboard to add to your dashboard.
