Deploying Scanners without Access to Azure Marketplace for SCPs or PCPs

You can deploy Qualys scanner on Azure commercial or government cloud on Qualys PCPs or SCPs without access to the Azure marketplace using the following methods:

• Copying Qualys Image to Your Storage Container
  You can deploy Qualys Virtual Scanner Appliance by creating the qVSA image in Azure.
• Using Azure GUI to Create Qualys Image 
  You can deploy Qualys Virtual Scanner using the Azure GUI.
• Deploy Qualys Scanner in Azure Portal 
  You can use the Azure GUI to create the Qualys image from a VHD file and deploy the Qualys Virtual Scanner Appliance.
• Deploying Qualys Scanner Using CLI
  You can deploy Qualys Virtual Scanner Appliances using the Azure CLI.  Once deployed, the scanner functions as a standard Virtual Scanner and can scan based on an IP address or CIDR block
