Deploy Cloud Agent for Single Azure VM

This section describes the method for deploying Qualys Cloud Agent extension for Single Azure Virtual Machine (VM) on the Microsoft Azure platform.

The following are the steps to deploy Cloud Agent on Single Azure virtual machine:

1. In the Microsoft Azure user interface, navigate to Home > Virtual machines. The Virtual machines window opens listing all the available VMs.
2. Select a VM on which you want to deploy the Qualys Cloud Agent Extension.
3. Open the options menu for the VM and click Extensions + applications. The Extensions + applications window opens.
   
   
4. In the search bar, search for Qualys Cloud Agent. The Qualys Cloud Agent extension is displayed.
   
   
5. Click Next to proceed with installation.
6. Under the Create tab, enter the License code for your Cloud Agent extension. To learn more about retrieving License Code, refer to the Download Cloud Agent installer.
   
   
7. Click Review + Create to proceed with creating the install configuration.
8. On the Review+create window, check the information you provided and click Create.
