Limitations

The following features are not supported and are disabled in all cloud (private and public) platforms:

• WAN/Split Network Settings: The WAN Interface option for configuring split network settings is not available in the Scanner UI/console. Only LAN/single-network settings, which are used for both scanning and connecting to Qualys servers, are supported.
• NATIVE VLAN: The VLAN on LAN option for configuring a Native VLAN is not available in the Scanner UI/console.
• STATIC VLAN (IPv4 and IPv6): The VLANs option for configuring static VLANs is not available in the Scanner UI/console.
• STATIC ROUTES (IPv4 and IPv6): The option to configure Static Routes is not available in the Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform UI.
• Integrity Monitoring: Integrity Monitoring is not supported because the Azure Agent and its extensions cannot be deployed or executed on the qVSA virtual machine.
• Secure Boot and vTPM: Secure Boot and vTPM are not currently supported.
• Confidential VM Security Type: The Confidential VM security type is not currently supported due to Microsoft Azure operating system requirements for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Oracle Linux (OEL) version 9.4 or later.
