Upgrade the App
Perform the following steps to confirm whether you have a new version of the application or not. If not, then upgrade to the new version of the application:
- In the ServiceNow application, navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
- Search for the application you want to update. You can see the version of the application that is installed currently.
- If a new version is available, it is displayed in the drop-down list. Select the version you want to upgrade to and click Update.
