Create CI

You can create a new CI record if no matching CI is found in CMDB using the IRE.

Perform the following steps to create a new CI record:

1. Open an unmatched CI record, and click Create CI.
   The Configuration item field is populated with the CI value.

   

2. Click Update to save the record.
