Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) Renamed to Managed Risk Operation Center (mROC)

Qualys Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) portal is now available as Qualys Managed Risk Operation Center (mROC) portal. The mROC Portal, powered by Qualys Enterprise TruRisk^TM Management,  enables partners to deliver advisory, onboarding, integration, and remediation services across their customers, leveraging the capabilities of the Qualys platform.

This enables Partners to efficiently manage high volumes of risk findings and focus on critical threats to their customers.

New Home Page - Portfolio Overview

With the new mROC portal improvements, we are introducing a new Home page that provides a centralized view of portfolio-wide risk management. The portal consolidates critical insights into a single dashboard that includes:

• Top Trending Threats: Displays trending threats associated with the CVEs and the number of affected customers. View details of all the CVEs, along with targeted countries, industries, and affected customers. 
• High-Risk Customers: Identifies customers with the highest risks, along with risk categories and their counts. 
• Industry Benchmark Comparison: Compares your portfolio security performance with various industry benchmarks.
•  High-Risk Exposures: Highlights critical exposures, including affected customers and associated CVEs

Key Benefits

• Faster Prioritization: Enables faster identification and prioritization of top threats and high-risk customers.
• Greater Visibility: Provides consolidated portfolio-level risk visibility within a single dashboard.
• Proactive Risk Management: Supports early identification of emerging threats and critical exposures.

Top Trending Threats data is available only for Partners that have subscribed to the Enterprise TruRisk^TM Management application.

New Risk Overview Tab

We are introducing a new  Risk Overview tab that provides a centralized view of key customer risk data across your portfolio. The tab includes:

• Quick glance of summary showing the number of customers with high-risk, eliminations, and those hit by trending threats. 

• A summary view showing the number of high-risk customers, eliminations, and customers impacted by trending threats.

• Detailed customer insights, including TruRisk Score, number of assets, critical vulnerabilities,  misconfigurations, remediations, and eliminations. 
• A Single Sign-On (SSO) link to the Qualys Enterprise TruRisk^TM Management  (ETM) application. The system sources the TruRisk score from whichever module you onboard-Vulnerability Management Detection and Response (VMDR) or Enterprise TruRisk Management (ETM).
• Built-in filters to easily categorize and view data.

Customers Tab Renamed to Manage Customers

The Customers tab is now renamed to Manage Customers for improved clarity and naming consistency.

The Customers  > Manage Customers tab update does not change the functionality or data displayed in the tab.
