Generate Compliance Framework Report

To generate a compliance framework report, refer to the following steps:

1. Navigate to Reports > Reports > New > Compliance Framework Report.
   
   
   
   The Create New: Compliance Framework Report window is displayed.
2. In Basic Information, select the following:
   
   
   1. Enter the Title and Report Format for the API User Guide.
      
      Note: Compliance Framework Report can be generated in HTML format only.
   2. Select Next.
3. In Mandates, select the following:
   
   
   1. To add Mandates to be included in the report, select the  icon.
      The Select Mandates window is displayed.
   2. Select the required Mandates and select Save.
      The selected Mandates are added.
   3. Select Next.
4. In Policies, enter the following details:
   
   
   1. To add Policies to be included in the report, select the  icon.
      The Select Policies window is displayed.
   2. Select the required Policies and select Save.
      The selected Policies are added.
   3. Select Next.
5. In Report Source, select from All Assets in Policy, Asset Groups, or Asset Tags.
   
   
   
   If you select either Asset Groups or Asset Tags, you are required to add the respective asset groups or asset groups. To add the same you must select the  icon and add the same.
   
   Once the report source is selected, select Next.
6. In Report Schedule, select from the following:
   
   
   • Run Now - to run the report once setup is complete.
   • Single Occurrence - to run the report once at a specific time and date.
   • Recurring - to run the report on a recurring basis at a specified time and date.
     
     Once the report schedule is selected, select Next.
7. Review the set options for creating a new framework policy and select Run.
   
   
   The new compliance framework report is generated in HTML format.
