Your Network Scan Results

Go to Network > Scan Results, and you'll see a complete list of running and completed external scans for your account. If your account has multiple users the scans listed may include scans listed by you and other users.

The status will be Running while the service is performing vulnerability testing. Once the status is Finished and you can view the scan results. Learn more

Tell me about scan progressTell me about scan progress

Select the scan row to view scan progress in the preview pane below the scan list. You'll notice Scan Progress is marked (Pending) in the case where the service has received a scan request and scanner(s) have not started running the scan job. The scan progress is updated until the scan job is finished. Tip - Each time you click the scan row, the scan status and scan progress are refreshed.

Tell me about the scan compliance statusTell me about the scan compliance status

The overall PCI compliance status of the scan is shown once vulnerability testing is completed (scan status is Finished). means that the scan is Compliant. No vulnerabilities, which must be fixed to pass PCI compliance, were found on the target IPs. means that the scan is Not Compliant. One or more vulnerabilities, which must be fixed to pass PCI compliance, were found on the target IPs.

What can I do now?

View details for a scan by clicking . The details will appear in the preview pane, under the list.

Cancel a running scan by clicking . The service will stop processing the scan.

Relaunch a scan by clicking . The same scan settings will be used so you do not need to re-enter them.

Download the Scan Results Report in PDF format by clicking .

View a list of all current vulnerabilities associated with the scan's target IPs by clicking . Current vulnerabilities are those vulnerabilities detected by the most recent scans. For this reason, the current vulnerabilities list may have more up-to-date information than the Scan Results.
