New Qualys TruRisk Eliminate MCM Plugin

With this release, we have introduced the Qualys TruRisk Eliminate Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) Plugin in the Patch Management application.

This plugin helps install the Microsoft updates for the prioritized vulnerabilities detected in VMDR through the third-party MCM application.

Prerequisites

• Qualys TruRisk Eliminate subscription to install and use the MCM Plugin.
• To download the VMDR prioritized vulnerabilities report from the VMDR application, contact your TAM to enable the download functionality.

This feature offers seamless integration of the MCM plugin with Qualys TruRisk Eliminate, which works with your existing MCM application to deploy the patches. 

You can import the VMDR prioritization vulnerabilities report, detect applicable patches for the required assets, and create software and asset groups in MCM through this plugin.  

To install the plugin and generate the activation key, navigate to the Configuration > Licenses tab in the Patch Management application.
