Updated Minimum Schedule in QFlow Trigger Node

The minimum allowed schedule for Trigger node execution in QFlow has been updated to support less frequent execution intervals. Previously, the minimum scheduling frequency was set to every 6 minutes. The new minimum schedule allowed is every 4 hours, providing improved control for lower-frequency workflows.

This enhancement offers more efficient scheduling for workflows that do not require frequent execution, optimizing resource usage and reducing unnecessary runs.
