With this QFlow release, we are introducing the following new features and enhancements.

Modernized Create QFlow Workflow

With this release, we have revamped the Create QFlow workflow to introduce a sleek, modern pop-up.

The new look offers a quick summary of what each QFlow creation mode achieves and lists the supported cloud providers, with links to the setup.

This UI enhancement serves to showcase what we support and help you make an informed decision before proceeding with creating a QFlow.

Support for AWS SDK V3

QFlow now supports AWS SDK V3 in addition to the existing AWS SDK V2, enabling compatibility with the latest AWS SDK, services, and APIs. You can use AWS SDK V3 through the following nodes:

AWS Resource Node
AWS Action Node
RAW Node

For new workflows, AWS SDK V3 is selected by default. You can choose between V2 and V3 only while configuring the first AWS node in a workflow. All subsequent AWS nodes automatically inherit the selected SDK version, so the version selection option does not appear for them.

As part of the AWS SDK V3 rollout, we have completed validation across 30 AWS services, covering key categories such as Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, Security & Identity, Monitoring, Messaging, Containers, Analytics, and Management Services.

AWS SDK V2 remains fully supported to ensure backward compatibility for existing workflows.

Add-ons for AWS SDK V3

We have extended AddOns support to AWS SDK V3, providing the same capabilities as those already available for AWS SDK V2. This ensures a consistent experience when you build AWS workflows, regardless of the selected SDK version.
