Temporary Deprecation of 70182 Due to MSOnline Module Deprecation

Due to the deprecation of the MSOnline PowerShell module, which included the Get-MsolPartnerInformation cmdlet, the following control is currently unsupported in Microsoft Office 365.

As a result, this control has been temporarily disabled from Azure Active Directory Best Practices and Microsoft Office 365 Best Practices policies. A fix is scheduled for implementation in an upcoming release.
