Troubleshooting

If boot diagnostics were not enabled during scanner deployment, you can still enable them later to troubleshoot issues. Boot diagnostics provide log output from the scanner, which can help identify and resolve problems effectively.

Perform the following steps from the virtual machine details:

  1. Click Boot diagnostics.
  2. Set the Status to On.
  3. Select the storage account created for your Qualys scanners.
  4. Click Save.
    You can reboot the virtual machine if needed.

  5. Click Boot diagnostics to view the serial log.
