Know your Scanner Status

You can view the Scanner status on Qualys Cloud Platform.

Go to VMDRScans > Appliances and find your scanner in the list.
The active icon indicates the virtual scanner is ready for scanning.

 After adding a new appliance, the Qualys user interface may take several minutes to update. Refresh your browser periodically to ensure you see the most up-to-date details.
