To view any errors displayed on your scanner, launch the scanner instance's VM console and provide a screenshot of any error messages to Qualys Support.

To provide the system logs, on the scanner instance VNC console, enter Alt-F8 and provide a screenshot of the logs displayed to Qualys Support:
