Manage Containerized Scanner

You can manage containerized scanners through Quick Actions menus from the Vulnerability Management Application.

• View Containerized Scanner Appliance's Information
• Stop Containerized Scanner
• Delete Containerized Scanner

View Containerized Scanner Appliance's Information

1. Navigate to Vulnerability Management > Scans > Appliances.

   

2. Select the appliance.

3. From the Quick Actions menu, select Info. 

The preview tab includes information such as the Containerized Scanner's Personalization Code, Status, Network Details, Proxy Configuration Details, Qualys Scanning Engine Version Details, and QCSA Image Details.

Stop Containerized Scanner

Containerized Scanner can be stopped from Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform.

1. Navigate to Vulnerability Management > Scans > Appliances.
2. Select the appliance.
3. From the Quick Actions menu, click Edit.
4. From the General Information and, click Shut Down.
5. Click Save.

Delete Containerized Scanner

Containerized Scanner can be deleted from Qualys Enterprise TruRisk™ Platform.

1. Navigate to Vulnerability Management > Scans > Appliances.
2. Select the appliance.
3. From Quick Action menu > Delete.
   A confirmation window is displayed.

4. Click Delete to delete the scanner. You can delete or replace this appliance with another one in your account.
