The scan reports provide a clear picture of the model's security. The scan report presents the report for the scan performed on the selected model.

You can download the scan report in Web Archive (HTML), Compressed HTML pages (ZIP), Portable Document Format (PDF), and Encrypted Portable Document Format (PDF) formats.

Model Scan Report 

A comprehensive model scan report displays high-level metrics, visual pass/fail analytics, detailed per-QID findings with risk mappings, and scan configuration details.

Summary

The Summary section provides a summary of the scan, which includes the highest severity of QIDs among the detections, the number of QIDs in the scan scope, the number of failed QIDs, and the number of successful jailbreaks.

Scan Results Evaluation 

The graphical representations include the percentage of pass and fail questions for the OWASP LLM Top 10 category and different attack categories.

Detailed Scan Results  

The Results section provides a summary for each detected QID that includes:

• Category — The category the QID belongs to.
• Severity — The severity level of the detected issue.
• Security risk mappings — Applicable values for OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, and EU AI Act.
• Question results — Total questions evaluated, with a breakdown of passed, failed, and errored counts.

For each question, the report includes the prompt used, the model's response, the result, and the justification for the outcome.

The following image displays an example of the format in which details are available for each QID. 

Appendix 

The Appendix section provides scan details, such as scan mode, scanner type, and so on. This section also provides details of the option profile used in scan and the model on which the scan is performed.

 

MCP Server Scan Report

A structured MCP server scan report covering severity summaries, visual vulnerability breakdowns, tool and server details, per-QID findings, and scan metadata.

The MCP server scan report includes the following sections:

• Summary — Scan severity and discovered QIDs.
• Graphical representations — Vulnerabilities organized by severity.
• Tools Detected and MCP Resources and Config — Scan details for detected tools and server configuration.
• Results — Details for each detected QID.
• Appendix — Scan metadata and MCP server details.
