Create a Parameter Set

A parameter set includes the request parameter set that you would like to inject into your web application during scanning. 

To create a parameter set, click New Parameter Set, and follow the simple steps:

1. Add basic details. See Parameter Set - List Details.
2. Add parameter settings. See Parameter Set - Request Parameter.
3. Add comments to be associated with the parameter set. See Parameter Set - Review and Confirm.
4. Review the settings defined and create the parameter set. See Parameter Set - Review and Confirm. 

Once the parameter set is created, you can add the parameter set to the option profile in the Option Profile scan parameters. See Option Profile - Scan Parameters.

When the option profile is used during scanning, the parameter set is injected into the web application.

Permissions

User roles and permissions determine whether users have TAS Configuration Permissions; there are individual permissions for creating, editing and deleting parameter sets and the other TAS configurations. For details, check Configuration permissions.
